1. SHIPPING DETAILS
Order Processing Time
Standard order processing takes 1 to 3 business days before dispatch.
Delivery Windows & Supplier Locations
Shipping times vary depending on the supplier's location:
Domestic US Suppliers: 2 to 8 business days.
International / Global Suppliers: 10 to 20 days (or longer depending on customs clearance and local carrier operations).
Brazil Deliveries: Tailored to regional logistics, typically arriving within standard international delivery timeframes.
Tracking & Delivery Safeguards (No-Tracking Limits)
If your package tracking has not updated or hasn't arrived within the following timeframes from the date of shipment, you are fully eligible for a refund or a free reshipment:
U.S. Orders: 45 days
Global / International Orders: 60 days
Brazil Orders: 110 days
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and refunds are handled transparently based on supplier fault responsibility:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within the designated window with photo/video proof. Once verified, a replacement or full refund will be issued.
Change of Mind: We want you to love your self-care rituals. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned in accordance with our return guidelines. (Note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind requests are the customer's responsibility).
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
SensusGlow is not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
